Customer Service
- Ordering
- Registered Dealers can place orders via fax or email. All purchase orders will be acknowledged within 48 (business) hours.
- Cancellations / Changes
- Purchase orders may not be cancelled if the product(s) is in transit. If for any reason a purchase order is cancelled when the product(s) is in transit, then the retailer will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee plus freight. Any order quantity change must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the original purchase order before product shipped.
- Shipping & Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, or noted that a product is out of stock, Tosh Furniture will ship all products within 3 business days of receipt of the Purchase Order.
Normal method of delivery for our products is Door-to-Door or White Glove Delivery via several transportation service providers. We reserve the right to change shipping companies at any time.
Any Retailer that wishes to send their freight via their preferred carrier may do so; otherwise, their invoice will reflect any and all freight charges.
Tosh Furniture reserves the right to cancel backorders without notice.
- Damages / Returns
All claims for faulty or broken product during transportation must be made by the Retailer to the Freight Company.
For undeliverable or refused shipments, the Retailer who submitted the order will be charged any and all return charges for the freight, plus a 20% re-stocking fee. If product that is returned arrives damaged to the warehouse, Retailer will also be charged cost of product being returned.
Tosh Furniture will not allow any returned merchandise without authorization.
- Warranty
- All Tosh Furniture products have a 1 year limited warranty on frames, springs, mechanisms, fabrics and leather. There is no warranty on wear and tear or fading of the products.
